COURSES
I hold my cooking courses at home in Via Conca d’oro in San Giorgio di Valpolicella or another prearranged place. I’ll introduce you to the typical Italian cuisine letting you cook richly-flavoured dishes according to intriguing traditional recipes. You’ll get to know the eat-well cult in a quiet and homely atmosphere.
Of course, I can also organise theme and/or specific courses in the requested languages to satisfy every need:
-typical regional dishes
-fresh pasta
-bread, focaccia
-new culinary trends.
The courses normally last 3 hours after which we sit down and taste what you have made.
