The “Cucina e Sapori” cooking courses are intended for everyone that is mad about cooking and wants to learn or perfect their culinary techniques and skills and how to creatively make up a dish.

If you are planning a trip to Verona or Garda Lake, take the opportunity to do one of my traditional Italian cooking courses or take part in the gourmet get-togethers I organise.

I’ll take you to Valpolicella to visit its traditional wine cellars or to Lessinia to see the dairies where its famous cheeses are made.

On request, I can arrange for you to stay at family-run B&Bs or luxury holiday villas.

Whatever you decide to do, I’ll make sure that you have an unforgettable experience in a very homely atmosphere.
